GL has changed, and C/C++ needs to have a explicit check for clang or gcc. This is a kind of check fedora-review should be able to to.

My vote goes for this RFE. A possible implementation detail could be to let f-r check for availability of files with c or cpp suffixes. Mostly, I just forget to add that BuildRequires because of laziness.
