#81 Consumer Dialog box in Replication Wizard does not sort entries

Description of problem:
The dialog box that contains the list of consumers when you setup a replication
agreement is not sorted.

1.2.6rc7

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Register multiple server with same admin server and run replication agreement
wizard
2.
3.

Actual results:
Unsorted servernames

Expected results:
Sorted servernames

Additional info:

batch update to FUTURE milestone

set default ticket origin to Community

Added initial screened field value.
