As I have ported in the ability to create example entries, I can now bring in my python tool that allows management of users, groups, and ous for admins.
This will help administrators by saving them from needing to do complex ldifs to manage the dit, allows fast editing of entries, and helps to smooth our administration experience. For example, this tool with one day inherit the account manage behaviours of ns-activate and co.

Looks good! But it's not pep8 compliant in regards to the blank lines between functions though. I suppose that can be fixed later as there are probably already a lot of other pep8 errors in lib389.
