We need tools to measure replication latency and convergence in lib389:
[1] Need to check if all the updates(csn's) are seen across all the replicas [2] Need a way to measure the time it takes for updates to replicate to all the other replicas [3] Need to map out the path of how updates replicate from replica to replica
