There is a bug in IPA (https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/5007) where nsIndexType is set to "eq,pres". To my surprise, this value enables equality index. I assume it is because when parsing the value, any trailing characters are ignored. I think it would be better if such values were rejected, making it easier to notice errors like the one in IPA.
Is that literally "eq,pres" with the double quotes in the value?
It's without the double quotes, but with the comma.
