liblfds is basically public domain, so we can just include its source code, and build it and link it as part of nunc-stans, rather than having to be separate.
e.g. change configure.ac to use AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS([liblfds]) and Makefile.am to use SUBDIRS=liblfds
This is now mostly done as part of https://fedorahosted.org/389/ticket/48046 except for the part of actually adding the source code to nunc-stans
