There is a configuration parameter to check for modifications of the nsDS5ReplicaBindDNGroup and rebuild the list of binddns. There are two issues with this: the paramater takes any value, should only accept integers >=-1 the rebuild calls the wrong function, and the rebuilt list is empty, so the correct group dns are only effective after restart
