DSadmin is opened source project. It implements a library that allows administration of 389-ds. Most of the administrative tasks are implemented and it will be used as base of lib389.
This ticket is to push into the tree the current version of dsadmin with few cosmetic chanages

This is the import of dsadmin code into lib389. The changes done compare to the current status of https://github.com/richm/dsadmin are: * remove instance * support local host name different than localhost * renaming of dsadmin/dsadmin into lib389/lib389 * support of sudoers
