#47497 Admin Express - server info page Security level is no longer needed

Description of problem:
On Admin Express --> server info page, Security Level:domestic and It is always
domestic. We should remove this.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Admin Express Page
2. Click on Serve Info
3. It will display Security Level:domestic

Actual results:
It is always domestic.

Expected results:
We should remove this.
