We converted to new macros for the debug levels which imply the content that should be displayed for each of them. Many existing DEBUG messages have not yet been converted, and each of them should be investigated for compatibility and appropriateness of the level. The ultimate goal should be to replace all numeric debug level values with a macro.

I wasn't able to find any code where DEBUG macro was used with a numeric value.
