The two-week releases for cloud images should probably be generated with that release's install media. Not sure if this requires any pungi changes or not.

As an update here,
we are building a new Install tree with every compose we are using the install tree to build the cloud and vagrant images we are not currently using that repository in the generation of the installer iso, I do have a couple of ideas on how to fix that.
if I'm not mistaken we are using the updated installer (i.e. anaconda) now. It was done as part of the work related to getting a new anaconda into f25 https://pagure.io/releng/issue/6568
