Channel "eclipse" is used for building Eclipse packages. Since addition of aarch64 to rawhide, this channel is not suitable for building packages any longer.
Proposed solution: add some buildvm-aarch64 hosts to eclipse channel.
In process, with luck soon we'll just be able to retire the eclipse channel altogether
