I'm requesting budget to produce Media/Swag/Poster for F14. Will do that locally in Bangladesh. As we did the same for F12 (in BASIS SoftExpo), we belive it is easy and cheap for us to produce locally.
CD/DVD 1000 pcs. T-Shirts 500 pcs. Posters 1000 pcs.

Yep, and let's make sure that we have a process that will work for reimbursement. Pay Pal is always best. If that doesn't work, we'll figure something else out, but bank transfers are often a big pain.

I've already produced the DVD, announced through ambassadors mailing list and have started distrubiting amongst ambassadors in Bangladesh in bulk. The T-Shirt printing is going on; will get those within a day or two.
I was wondering, since there is new FAmSCo - will it be possible to receive the reimbursement or what.

Dear All,
Swags were produced and distributed. Attaching the invoice for an amount of 75,000BDT equivalent to 1,061.57 USD (as per http://bit.ly/iaWjQe).
I have had asked for 1140USD but spent less. I wasn't able to produce posters.
